1 c. instant non-fat milk
3 tbsp. melted butter
1/3 c. boiling water
2/3 c. sugar
Pinch of salt

Put in blender and process until smooth. Use this as a substitute for Borden's sweetened condensed milk. Add to any of your favorite recipes when calling for sweetened condensed milk.
