PUDDING BROWNIES 
2 sm. pkgs. sugar free chocolate pudding mix (not the instant kind)
1/2 c. flour, sifted
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/3 c. butter
1/8 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/4 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
Chopped nuts (opt.)

Combine pudding mix, flour and baking powder; mix well. Melt butter. Remove from heat and add sugar. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Blend in vanilla, pudding and oil. Stir in nuts, if desired. Spread in a greased 8" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool in pan and cut into squares.
