PORK & BEAN BREAD 
1 c. raisins
1 c. boiling water
3 eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
1 (16 oz.) can pork & beans
3 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts

Mix raisins with boiling water. Stir and set aside. Beat eggs, oil, sugar and pork and beans until beans are broken. Add flour and rest of ingredients to bean mixture. Add nuts and vanilla. Drain raisins and add, stirring to mix well. Pour batter into 3 well greased loaf pans. Bake in 325 degree oven for 50 to 60 minutes.

NOTE: Some people bake the loaves at 350 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes. Also some people use two loaf pans, not three.
