BEEF IN WINE SAUCE 
4 lb. beef chuck (lean rump or shoulder), cut in cubes
1/2 tbsp. garlic powder or more if desired
2 cans golden mushroom soup
1 env. Liptons onion soup mix
3/4 c. dry sherry wine
8 oz. can sliced mushrooms with juice

Sprinkle garlic powder over meat and put in large casserole dish. Mix all other ingredients and pour over meat. Cover tightly and bake at 325 degrees for 3 hours. Serve with noodles.
