TERIYAKI PORK ROAST | |
3 lb. boneless pork roast 3 tbsp. oil 1/2 c. soy sauce 2 tbsp. brown sugar 1 tsp. grated ginger 1 tbsp. sherry 1 tbsp. oil 1/2 c. water 1 clove garlic Brown pork in 3 tablespoons oil. Place in roasting pan. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over pork. Roast at 325 degrees for 3-4 hours. Turn pork during roasting and baste frequently. Serve with rice or mashed potatoes. Pan juices make excellent gravy. |
