1 large can sweet potatoes or 2 1/2 pounds fresh boiled and mashed sweet potatoes 1/2 teaspoon salt fresh 1/2 cup milk 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 cup sugar 1/3 cup melted butter 2 eggs 1 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup flour 1/3 cup melted butter 1 cup chopped pecans Crumble this topping over the sweet potato mixture and bake, uncovered, for 40 to 45 minutes. |
