CREAMY SHELLS WITH BROCCOLI AND
HAM
 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. macaroni shells
1/2 lb. cooked ham, in 2 inch strips
1 pkg. broccoli spears
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 c. butter
1/2 pt. heavy cream
1 c. Parmesan

Cook macaroni; drain and rinse. Partially cook broccoli until just tender, then chop. Saute garlic, ham, broccoli in butter. Stir in cream over medium heat for 3 minutes.

Stir in cheese. Lower heat and stir until melted. Toss with macaroni.
