CREAMY SWISS AND BROCCOLI SOUP 
1 1/2 c. chopped ham
1 c. water
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli (or fresh broccoli)
2 c. milk
3 tbsp. flour
2 c. Swiss cheese, cubed
Dash of pepper

Boil ham in water 10 minutes. Add broccoli; cook until tender. Gradually add milk to flour, stirring until well blended. Gradually add milk mixture to ham mixture, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens slightly. Simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add cheese and seasonings; cook until cheese melts.
