CREAMY SWISS & BROCCOLI SOUP 
1 c. chopped ham
2 c. water
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
2 c. milk
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
2 c. Swiss cheese, cut in cubes

Combine ham and water; boil for 10 minutes. Add broccoli and cook until tender. Stir in milk and flour. Stir until thickened. Simmer 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add cheese. When melted, serve.
