JELLO PUDDING OATMEAL COOKIE 
1 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. butter, soft
1/4 c. sugar
3 1/2 c. oatmeal
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 sm. pkg. instant pudding (vanilla or any kind)
2 eggs
1 c. raisins (opt.)

Mix flour with baking soda. Combine butter, sugars and pudding in large bowl. Beat until smooth. Beat in eggs. Gradually add flour mix. Then stir in oats. (Batter will be stiff.) Drop by rounded teaspoons on ungreased sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.

I use a 1 cup of Craisins and 1 cup of nuts instead of raisins. These always get raves and people beg for more!
