OREO COOKIE DESSERT 
1 1/4 bags Oreo cookies, crushed
2 sticks butter, melted
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 (8 oz.) cartons Cool Whip
1 c. confectioners' sugar, sifted
1 (6 oz.) pkg. Jello instant chocolate pudding
3 c. milk

Spread crushed cookies (reserving some for top) over bottom of 14 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 2 (or larger pan). Pour butter over crumbs.

Mix cream cheese, confectioners' sugar and 1 carton Cool Whip and spread over cookies.

Mix chocolate pudding with milk. When set, spread this over last layer. Then spread last carton of Cool Whip and sprinkle remaining cookies. Refrigerate.
