CREAMY SHELLS WITH BROCCOLI AND
HAM
 
1 lb. med. macaroni shells
1/2 lb. cooked ham
Fresh broccoli
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 stick butter
1/2 pt. heavy cream
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Cook shells. Slice ham into bite sized pieces, cut broccoli. Saute garlic, ham, and broccoli in large skillet until broccoli is crisp tender. Stir in heavy cream. Cook over medium heat 3 minutes. Stir in Parmesan cheese. Lower heat and cook, stirring frequently until cheese is melted. Drain macaroni and toss with sauce.
