FRUIT CRISP 
6 c. sliced fresh, frozen (thawed) or canned (drained) fruit
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. oats
1/4 to 1/3 c. butter

Mix fruit and lemon juice; pour into greased 9-inch pan. Combine brown sugar, flour, oats and cinnamon; cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle on fruit. Bake at 375 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Yield: 6 servings.

Exchange: 1 serving = 1 fruit, 1 starch and 1 fat.

NOTE: May substitute 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs for the flour and sugar in recipe.
