“COFFEE CAKE” IS IN:

COFFEE CAKE 
3/4 cup butter or margarine
1 1/2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 pint (2 cups) sour cream
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 cups sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda

Topping:

1/2 cups chopped nuts
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs one at a time; stir together - do not overmix. Add sour cream and vanilla; stir in very well. Add flour, baking powder and soda. Combine topping ingredients in separate bowl.

Grease and flour a tube or Bundt pan. Pour in batter and topping mixture in alternate layers. Slice through batter with knife before baking to create a swirl in the baked cake.

Bake 1 hour in preheated oven.
