HOLIDAY NUT BREAD 
2 cups Brazil Nuts, chopped
2 cups English Walnuts, chopped
2 (7 ounce) packages of dates, chopped
1 cup maraschino cherries, drained and chopped
3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Place chopped nuts in a large bowl. Sift the dry ingredients over the nuts. Beat the eggs and vanilla together, add in fruit and stir together. Pour over dry mixture and stir until it is completely mixed.

Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake for 1-1/2 hours at 300°F. Cool slightly and remove to wire rack to cool completely before slicing.

You can freeze this up to a couple weeks in advance if necessary.
