TOP HAT PORK CHOPS | |
4 thick chops Salt & pepper 1 can cream corn 1/2 c. fine bread crumbs 2 tbsp. chopped celery 1 tbsp. minced parsley 1/2 tsp. salt Trim small slice of fat from each chop. Season chops with salt and pepper and place in shallow baking dish. Combine corn, bread crumbs, celery, parsley and salt. Mix well. Cover chops with corn mixture and top with small slice of fat from chops. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour until tender. Serves 4. |
