SUGAR SPICE BLUEBERRY MUFFINS 
1 pkg. bran muffin mix
1/2 tsp. ground allspice
1 c. fresh blueberries, rinsed and drained or
1 can (8 1/2 oz.) blueberries, drained
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Prepare bran muffin mix as the package directs, adding allspice. Fold blueberries gently into batter. Spoon batter into greased muffin tins. Bake as package directs.

Mix sugar and cinnamon well. Take muffins from tins while still hot, and dip tops first in melted butter and then in the sugar and cinnamon mixture. Serve warm. Makes about 12 muffins.
