PLUM NUTTY CAKE 
2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. oil
3 eggs
2 sm. jars strained plum baby food
1 c. chopped pecans

Sift together flour, sugar, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg. Add oil, eggs, baby food and pecans. Pour into greased and floured tube pan. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. Cool in pan 10 minutes, then glaze while cake is still in pan. Pour remaining glaze over cake after it is turned out of pan.

GLAZE:

1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
Juice of 1 1/2 - 2 lemons

Mix ingredients together.
