TUNA-CASHEW CASSEROLE | |
3/4 c. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained 1 c. sour cream 1/4 tsp. ground oregano 2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans tuna, drained 1/2 c. sliced black olives 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained 1/4 c. chopped green pepper 1/2 c. chopped cashew nuts 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 c. grated, sharp cheddar cheese Mix all ingredients well, except cheese. Put into shallow 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes. 4-6 servings. |
