VEAL BALLS 
2 lbs. chopped veal
2 tbsp. onion flakes
2 green peppers, chopped
Salt and pepper
Oregano and garlic
3/4 c. water
24 oz. tomato juice

Put tomato juice, green pepper and 1/2 cup water, oregano, and garlic in a saucepan and simmer. While juice is simmering, mix veal, onion flakes, 1/4 cup water, salt, pepper, oregano and garlic together and form balls. Add balls to juice and simmer 1 hour. Serves 4.
