PEEK - A - BERRY SALAD 
1 (4 serving size) pkg. orange Jello
3/4 c. boiling water
1/2 c. cold water
Ice cubes

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Combine cold water and ice to make 1 cup and add to gelatin. Stir until slightly thickened. Remove all unmelted ice.

Add 1 tablespoon grated orange rind to Jello.

One (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened - beat cheese until smooth. Add 1 tablespoon mayonnaise and 1 cup gelatin and blend well.

Chill until slightly thickened. Arrange strawberries in a 3-4 cup mold and pour in remaining gelatin.

Chill until set. Spoon creamy gelatin into mold. Chill about 3 hours. Unmold and garnish with strawberries and lettuce leaves.
