PEACH COBBLER 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. canned peaches
1 c. boiling peach syrup

Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add flour, baking powder, salt and milk. Mix until smooth. Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan and top with peaches. Pour boiling peach juice over the top. Bake 45 minutes in 375 degree oven.

Serve with ice cream or whipped cream. Canned berries can also be used with this recipe. If fresh fruit is used add 1/2 cup sugar to 1 cup water for the boiling syrup.
