BBQ BEEF SANDWICHES 
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. water
1/4 clove garlic
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. mustard
Leftover roast beef, any kind

Cut up roast beef into small pieces and cook in water until flaky, 1-2 hours. Remove and cut off any fat. Flake meat and reserve. Cook catsup, water, garlic, chili powder, Worcestershire sauce, sugar and mustard for 10 minutes. Add roast beef and simmer very slowly until desired consistency to serve. Serve on hamburger buns. May double recipe. Freezes well. Serves 4.
