BARBECUE BEEF SANDWICHES 
1/2 lb. thin sliced roast beef slices
1/2 c. barbecue sauce
6 (4 x 6 inch) French bread rolls, or sandwich buns
1/4 c. green pepper, strips
6 American cheese slices

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine meat, barbecue sauce and peppers; heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally. Fill buns with meat mixture and cheese slices; wrap in foil. Bake 10 minutes. 6 sandwiches.
