QUICK BARBECUED BEEF DELI
SANDWICHES
 
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 medium onion
1 can (10 3/4 oz) tomato soup
1 tbsp. packed brown sugar
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp sauce
1 1/4 pound deli sliced roast beef
6 hard rolls, toasted

Heat oil in skillet. Add onion and cook until tender. Add sugar and worcestershire sauce, soup, water and vinegar. Heat to boil, add beef and heat through. Serve on rolls.

Makes 6 sandwiches.
