BARBEQUE BEEF SANDWICHES 
Lean chuck roast
1 regular bottle hickory-smoked barbeque sauce
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
Buns

Place roast on large sheet of foil. Cover with onion soup and barbeque sauce. Wrap tightly. Cook at 250 degrees for 8 hours or overnight. (This recipe can also be made in a crockpot). Shred meat with two forks. Serve on buns.
