FRUITED CHICKEN SALAD 
4 c. diced cooled chicken
1 (15 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
1 c. celery, chopped
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange sections, drained
1/2 c. sliced, pitted ripe olives
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
2 tbsp. grated onion
1 c. mayonnaise/salad dressing
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 (5 oz.) can chow mein noodles

Blend mayonnaise, mustard, and toss gently with chicken mixture. Cover and chill several hours. Just before serving, mix in chow mein noodles.
