FRUITED CHICKEN SALAD | |
4 c. diced cooked chicken 1 (15 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained 1 c. chopped celery 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained 1/2 c. chopped green pepper 2 tbsp. grated onion 1 c. mayonnaise 1 tbsp. mustard 1 (5 oz.) can chow mein noodles In a large bowl combine cooked chicken, pineapple, celery, oranges, green pepper and onions. Blend mayonnaise and mustard; toss gently with chicken mixture. Cover and chill several hours. Just before serving, mix in chow mein noodles. Makes 8 servings. Note: A little different, but delicious! |
