FRUITED CHICKEN SALAD 
1 (5 oz.) can Swanson's premium chunk chicken or turkey, drained
1 1/2 c. cut up mixed fruit (strawberries, peaches or nectarines)
1/3 c. vanilla-flavored low-fat yogurt
1 1/2 tsp. orange juice

1. In bowl, combine chicken and fruit, arrange on lettuce-lined plate.

2. Mix yogurt and orange juice, drizzle over chicken mixture. Garnish with slice cantaloupe. Makes about 1 1/2 cups or 2 servings.
