FRUITED CHICKEN SALAD 
4 c. cubed cooked chicken
1 1/2 c. seedless grape halves (green or red)
1 1/2 c. small cantaloupe balls
1 c. chopped celery
3/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cashews
Melon rings and lettuce leaves

In large bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice and salt. Add chicken, grapes, melon and celery. Mix well. Chill to blend flavors. Add cashews just before serving. Serve on melon rings and lettuce leaves. Serves 6 to 8.
