HOT CURRIED FRUIT 
#1 can peaches, 1 can pears, 1 can apricots, 1 can pineapple
1 jar sliced red apple rings
1/3 c. butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 to 3/4 tsp. curry powder
2 tbsp. flour

Melt butter, stir in flour, mix well; stir in sugar and curry powder. Layer fruit in Pyrex dish. Spread flour mixture over fruit. Bake 1 hour at 300 degrees. Serve warm.
