HOT CURRIED FRUIT 
1 can peaches, sliced
1 can pineapple chunks
1 can pears, cut in chunks
1 c. maraschino cherries
1 c. light brown sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 stick butter
1 tsp. curry powder

Drain fruit and arrange in 8x12 inch casserole dish. Combine sugar, cornstarch and curry powder and sprinkle over fruit. Dot with butter. Bake uncovered 45 minutes at 325 degrees. Serves 12. Good with pork and ham served as sauce or side dish.
