FRUITED CHICKEN SALAD 
4 c. diced, cooked chicken
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. sliced ripe olives
5 or 6 green onions, chopped
1 (15 oz.) can chuck pineapple, drained
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 (5 oz.) can chow mein noodles

Combine chicken, pineapple, celery, olives, onion, oranges and green pepper. Set aside. Blend mayonnaise, mustard and curry powder. Toss with chicken mixture. Cover and chill several hours. Just before serving mix in noodles.
