FRUITY NUT CHICKEN SALAD 
4 c. chopped, cooked chicken
1 can pineapple chunks, drained
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 c. chopped celery
2 c. seedless grapes
1 c. slivered almonds (may toast)
1 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. curry powder
1 can chow mein noodles
Lettuce leaves
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise

Mix mayonnaise, soy sauce and curry powder. Stir in other ingredients, reserving nuts and noodles until just before serving for the best crunch. Serve on lettuce leaves.
