POTATO DUMPLINGS 
2 c. raw white potatoes, grated
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. bread crumbs

Grate potatoes and drain off liquid; measure potatoes. Add beaten eggs, salt, crumbs, and flour to make a stiff dough. Drop into salted, boiling water or broth with a wet spoon.
