POTATO DUMPLINGS 
3 1/2 lbs. raw potatoes
1 lb. boiled potatoes
1/2 leek shaft
1/2 tsp. salt, according to taste
2 eggs

Grate the raw potatoes and press through a cloth. Grate the boiled potatoes and mix them with the raw potatoes, the finely chopped leek, sweet marjoram, salt and eggs. Form dumplings by hand and put in boiling salt water. Cook on low heat for 20 minutes.
