POTATO DUMPLINGS 
2 c. grated raw potatoes
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. flour

Rinse potatoes well. Combine potatoes with egg, salt, and flour into stiff dough. With wet teaspoon, drop in boiling salted water. Cook dumplings until float to top.
