CAVATINI 
1 lb. hot sausage
1 pkg. pepperoni
1 chopped onion
1 chopped green pepper
1 lb. fresh or 1 can mushrooms
1 lg. jar Ragu sauce
1/2 lb. rigantani noodles
1/2 lb. curly noodles
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Brown sausage, pepperoni, onion, green pepper; drain. Cook noodles; drain.

Mix all together (mixing in half of cheese and putting rest on top). Mix with Ragu sauce and mushrooms. Put into 1 large or 2 small baking dishes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until hot through. Freezes well.
