HOLLEY FARM POTATOES 
6 lg. potatoes (or 6-10 sm.)
1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 stick butter
Salt & pepper to taste

Quarter whole unpeeled potatoes, melt butter in pan. Mix flour and cheese, salt and pepper. Roll potatoes in mixture. Put in pan in melted butter. Bake in oven at 400 degrees until brown, turn and brown on other side.
