BLANCHE'S BARBECUE SAUCE 
3 c. onions, brown in 1 c. fat
3 c. vinegar
1 qt. celery (4 c.)
1 lb. brown sugar
Juice of 6 lemons
1 gal. ketchup
2 bottles Worcestershire sauce
3/4 c. prepared mustard
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt

Mix and simmer until desired thickness.
