PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES 
1 c. tub butter
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
5 tbsp. evaporated skim milk, undiluted
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. peanut butter
2 c. enriched all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Thoroughly cream butter, sugar, milk and vanilla. Stir in peanut butter and add dry ingredients. Drop from teaspoon onto an ungreased baking sheet. Press with back of floured fork to make crisscross pat-tern. Bake approximately 15 minutes. Yield: 72 cookies.
