SAUSAGE QUICHE 
1 lb. sausage
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
1 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. flour
2 beaten eggs
1 c. evaporated milk
4 tbsp. parsley flakes
3/4 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 deep dish pie shell

Fry sausage and drain. Saute onion and green pepper. Combine cheese and flour, add sausage, onion, and pepper. Spread in pie shell. Mix remaining ingredients and pour into shell. Bake on cookie sheet in case it cooks over. Bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
