3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 lb. confectioners' sugar, sifted
3 tbsp. water
1 tsp. vanilla
3 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate
1 c. broken walnuts

Melt unsweetened chocolate. Combine cream cheese, sugar, water and vanilla. Quickly stir in melted chocolate and nuts. Turn into buttered pan, spreading fudge 1 inch thick. Chill, cut into squares, top with walnut halves.
