CREAM CHEESE FUDGE 
6 oz. cream cheese
1 lb. powdered sugar
4 (1 oz.) env. unsweetened chocolate
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. chopped nuts
Pat of butter

Put cheese in bowl and warm to room temperature. Mix in half the sugar gradually. Add the chocolate and mix. Add remaining sugar. Stir in the nuts and vanilla. Butter a 9 x 9 inch square pan. Spread fudge in pan. Chill for 2 hours or longer. Cut into 36 pieces.
