1 lb. pork sausage, sliced into patties 6 med. potatoes, sliced 1 onion, sliced 1 (16 oz.) can cream style corn Line 9"x13" pan with sliced potatoes and onions. Pour cream style corn over the potatoes and onions. Top with sausage patties. Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes. Uncover and bake until patties are nicely browned. |
