MEXICAN STYLE CORN CASSEROLE 
2 eggs
16 oz. can cream style corn
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped pimiento
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pkg. (6-8) link sausage

Combine all ingredients except the links. Mix well. Pour into a 10" pie plate or shallow casserole. Arrange links on top, spoke fashion. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes until a knife inserted 2" from edge comes out clean.
