SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage
1 can tomato soup
1 can creamed corn
1 med. onion, sliced
White potatoes, peeled & sliced
Salt & pepper to taste

Brown sausage, drain and set aside. Using casserole dish, the size you need for your family or guests, layer potato slices, onion slices, browned sausage, salt and pepper to taste and creamed corn. Continue to top of dish, leaving room for tomato soup. Seal the casserole top with soup. Cover and bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Uncover and bake 25 minutes longer. Wonderful served with cornbread.
