SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
8 sm. potatoes, sliced 1/4 inch thick
1 onion, sliced
1 can creamed corn
1 lb. pork sausage
1 can tomato soup
Salt and pepper to taste

Partially cook only pork sausage. Layer 1/2 potatoes, onion, corn, sausage, repeat layering. Pour tomato soup over the top. Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes at 350 degrees or 30 to 35 minutes in microwave at full power.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
