1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 tbsp. granulated sugar
2 tbsp. orange juice
1 tbsp. orange rind
3 c. apples, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. pecans, chopped

Mix first 4 ingredients and add rest of ingredients lightly. Chill.
