CORN BAKE 
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 can cream-style corn
1 can whole kernel corn (do not drain)
1 stick butter, cut into pieces
8 oz. sour cream

Mix and bake at 350°F for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Use a 9-inch casserole or an 11 x 7 dish.
